You agree the price and the brief here, then pay the creator directly — bank transfer, invoice, however suits you both. UGC Creators takes no commission and never holds the money, so there is no escrow: agree the terms in writing on the platform and pay someone you are comfortable paying.
Usage rights are agreed with the creator when you book — most packages include organic and paid usage, and the terms are recorded on the order so both sides can refer back to them.
Each package shows its delivery time, typically a week or less. The clock starts when you pay, and the creator is reminded automatically as the date approaches.
